President Fidel V. Ramos declared that every month of August, we will celebrate it as the "Buwan ng Wika", and President Manuel L. Quezon declared that Filipino would be our National Language.

ang tema ngayon para sa taon na ito. Bilang isan mamayan ng bansang Pilipinas, ipinagdiriwang natin ito ngayon. Maraming mga aktibidades na ipinagawa sa aming paaralan para sa pagdiriwang dito. Ang ating wika ay ang dapat nating gamitin na panglaban sa katiwalian at kahirapan. Kung tayo ay magkakaisa at gagamitin ang ating wika, mga ito'y mawawakasan. May pagkakaunawaan at pagkakaisa ang bawat mamamayan sa pagtahak sa daang matuwid, sama-sama tayo sa pagpuksa sa korupsyon at kahirapan sa ating bansa. Na may isang sandata na ating gamit.......at ito ay ang ating WIKANG FILIPINO.
As a citizen of this country, we must be PROUD of what breed we are. We must patronize our own language even though we are not in our country. Our language will serve as our weapon and bridge in having a very progressive and good leaders in our country,..So that there will be UNITY,PEACE AND LOVE that will reign in our hearts and that would make us remember that we are FILIPINOS.
And it ended in that way...
First grading period is over, time flies so fassssssssttttttt!!!! There were so many problems that I encountered within those past 2 months. For those months, we only met for few days or meetings but it's not wasted because we participated to the activities for the nutrition month. I learned that helping not only your group mates but yourself in pursuing to win every battle that your section was involved you will develop or discover things that your group needs. You will not regret on everything, whatever the result would be. I also learned that it's not enjoyable if we only focus on our academics because knowledge in math,science,I.C.T,Filipino,and other subjects will not fulfill you as a student. We also need to participate in other extra-curricular activities to enhance our talents and also to tighten our friendship and closeness to our friends and schoolmates.
Believing in yourself is the best way that you must do in facing those challenges. I got a problem in memorizing all those lessons that we had and we were lack of explaining those things but it was not a hindrance for us to catch-up in our studies...Since I am a part of the special math class I have made self-studies so that even we only had few meetings I can learn those lessons on my own way.
Those lessons that I had learn, those laughter and crying moments with my classmates and friends within those past 2 months, I will treasure it and those moments were very unforgettable that even time can not erase.
Now that another chapter of my life as a 4th year student starts, I will be the best that I can be.
President Benigno Simeon C. Aquino gave his 4th State of the Nation Address last July 22,2013. One of his topics was about Education.
" Education is the key to success".
I was really amazed by the determination of Sec. Bro. Armin Luistro for solving the problems of our country in connection of Education although it's not fully solved. Pres. Noynoy gave him such a good recognition when he was talking about Sec. Bro. Armin. Being a good leader and doing the best that he can be he changed the progress of our education in Philippines a lot. They were proud that there was a big gap from last generations to today's generation. They are now working for rehabilitation and reconstruction of classrooms now that the K-12 is on going. The books were in lesser price, before it was Php 58.00 now it's exactly Php30.00. WHAT A BIG CHANGE.
From this, I think and hope that not all politicians are corrupt and selfish, and this only proved that Pres. Noynoy is a good leader in his own way.
